Our Story
All elements of our business were created with intent, including our name ‘Talent Network’.
Starting from her kitchen table, our director Sophie founded an innovative business model within the recruitment and staffing industry in a business critical time, foreseeing impacts to supply and demand due to changes in candidate behaviors.
We partner with candidates and businesses to support the ongoing growth and connection of individuals and companies.
