Pure Services are a kiwi owned and operated specialist cleaning and maintenance company who offer a range of commercial, industrial and residential services from fire and flood restoration, mould remediation, building washes and water blasting right through to spider spraying. The team are trained industry professionals, utilising eco-friendly products and share a values-based ethos for quality and exceptional service.
A growing business, their head office is based in Dunedin with other branches in Auckland, Cromwell and Christchurch. The team are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for their Auckland, East Tamaki branch, this is a pivotal and important role in developing the Auckland market, driving service and sales through account management and a pure drive to hunt and foster new business opportunities for their specialist services.
The ideal person will have a strong B2B commercial acumen along with the following:
Proven experience in a sales-based, business development role with a strong and proven understanding of the sales process including cold calling, account generation and management of account growth.
A professional accountability to not only talk the talk but walk the walk – a natural ability to align product and service to the needs of our clients and market our brand to the wider region.
Excellent time management, negotiation and multitasking skills – able to self-manage and motivate.
A pride in your work and output, the ability to drive forward sales and get a kick out of the result! – we are a team who do not micromanage our staff, we hire adults, this is a full autonomous role that you can really make your own!
Professional communicator both written and verbal with excellent people skills and the ability to read a room.
Full NZ drivers license.
