Talent Network are proud to be partnered with an industry leader in the industrial electrical and engineering service sector recruiting for their newly formed leadership role of Operations Manager based in Timaru.

Our client is a market leader in the industrial service industry catering to industrial maintenance, large scale capital installations, automation, engineering and ICT solutions. With a staff count of over 100 staff members and a great market capture of technically challenging and interesting work.

This position is a pivotal leadership role contributing to and leading key stategic improvements and implementation, leading the operations team building on efficiencies and driving continual success in delivery, profitability and efficiences. The role also oversees key workflow management providing strong commercial and project/service acumen and aiding the organisation to continue to evolve and elevate their longstanding service reputation. We envision you to have a strong technical background within the industrial electrical/engineering sector alongside exemplerary leadership and strategic management skills.

The role offers senior level remuneration (estimated 140-180k+ negotiable depending on your skill level and experience.  Full relocation support and additional benefits will be provided for the right individual.
